What a check typically pays
Investors set their own price. Most exterior checks are posted between $25 and $50 depending on drive time and how much detail is wanted. Post below that and the job may sit unclaimed; post above it and it tends to go quickly.
How money actually moves
It does not move through us. When you approve a report you pay the contractor however the two of you already do business, and record it against the job so the history is complete. We are not a payment processor and do not hold funds.
