How it works

Seven states, and no way to skip one.

A job moves in one direction, and each move requires something real to have happened. This is the whole product — the rest is presentation.

01

Posted

Investor

You pick a property, set a date and a price, and post the check. Contractors in the area can see it.

02

Contractor Requested

Contractors

Anyone who wants the job asks for it, usually with a line about when they can get there. You see their rating and how many checks they have completed.

03

Awarded

Investor

You award it to one contractor. Everyone else is released. Nothing has been charged.

04

On Site

Contractor

They check in from the property. Location and time are recorded. Only now does the rest of the workflow unlock.

05

Submitted for Review

Contractor

Photo, checklist and verdict complete, they check out. The report locks and lands with you.

06

Approved

Investor

You read the report. Approve it, or send it back with a note saying what needs fixing.

07

Completed

Investor

You pay the contractor and record it. The job closes, and both sides can leave a rating.

If the report is not good enough

You can send it back with a note. The contractor keeps the photos and answers they already recorded, but the check-in and check-out are cleared — they have to return to the property and stamp a fresh visit. A correction means the previous trip is no longer evidence for the corrected work.

About payment

Payments are arranged directly between you and the contractor. The platform records that you approved the work and that you paid, along with the amount and the date, so the job has a complete history. We do not hold or move money.
