For contractors

A job where the scope is not up for debate.

You see the address, the date and the price before you ask for the work. On site it is five steps on your phone. Follow them and the job is documented well enough that nobody can argue about whether you did it.

On site

1

Check in

Tap once when you arrive. Takes a second.

2

Photograph the exterior

Straight from your camera.

3

Answer eight questions

Yes, no, or can't tell.

4

Give the verdict

Good, needs attention, or concern.

5

Check out

Submits and locks the report.

If your phone cannot get a location fix, you can still check in — it is recorded as a manual entry rather than a verified one, and the investor sees that plainly. Nothing is faked on your behalf.

Getting paid

The price is fixed when the job is posted, so there is no negotiating after the fact. Once the investor approves your report they pay you directly, and the platform records the amount and date against the job. If they ask for a correction you will see exactly what they want changed.

Your rating

Investors rate you after a job closes, and you rate them. Everything is an honest average of real completed jobs — there is no score to game, and a new account starts with no rating rather than a flattering one.
