What happens after you join

Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Here's the whole journey.

  1. You joined — nothing owed, nothing scheduled

Joining a route just tells us you're interested. There's no cost and no commitment yet.

  2. Neighbors join

The route fills as more nearby households join — you can watch the count on the route. The more households on board, the better the price we can negotiate with our hauling partners.

  3. The route opens

Once enough neighbors have joined, the route opens automatically. Everyone gets an email with the firm price, the pickup date — always a Wednesday or Saturday morning — and a deadline a few days out to commit.

  4. You commit — or you don't

It's still free until you say yes. Committing confirms your spot and reserves space on the truck — you'll verify your email first. Once enough neighbors commit, the pickup is locked in. If not enough do by the deadline, the route is called off and no one is charged.

  5. Pickup day

On the scheduled morning, set your pile at the curb. The crew takes it from there — you don't need to be home.

  6. Share and earn

Every route has a referral link. When a neighbor you referred completes a pickup, you earn a $15 credit toward a future one.
