On The Dub is a trade name (DBA) of JMCCG, LLC.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your street name, and your ZIP code. We do not ask for your house number or full address.

Why we collect it

We use your email to notify you when a coordinated pickup is being scheduled near you. We use your street name and ZIP code to group you with nearby neighbors, since the model depends on stops being close together.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. We do not use cookies or any persistent tracking identifier. We do not require an account or password.

Abuse prevention

To prevent automated abuse of the signup form, we temporarily store a salted, one-way cryptographic hash of the IP address a submission came from — never the IP address itself. That hash is used only to count submissions per hour and is automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Email service

We use a third-party transactional email provider to send you the confirmation email and any pickup-scheduling emails. That provider processes your email address solely to deliver mail on our behalf.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all future emails from us.
